  • No Charge for Warranty-Covered Issues: If our team returns and identifies an issue related to the original repair that’s covered under our warranty, there will be no charge for the visit or the repair. We’ll take care of everything to make it right, at no cost to you.
  • $95 Fee for Non-Warranty-Covered Visits: If we revisit your property and find no issue covered by the warranty, a $95 service fee will apply. This fee helps cover the costs of sending a technician, including travel costs and time, while allowing us to prioritize your visit in our schedule as a gesture of goodwill. For example, if you request a recheck of our repair for peace of mind and no warrantable issue is found, this fee ensures we can maintain high-quality service while keeping warranty-covered repairs free for all customers. We’ll always explain our findings and ensure transparency about any charges.
  • New Issues Unrelated to the Original Repair: If we discover a new issue unrelated to the initial repair, we’ll provide a detailed estimate for the additional work. No repairs will be performed until you approve the estimate, ensuring you’re fully informed and in control of any costs.
