Labor Rate:
- $155/hr + parts with a 1-hour minimum charge. After the first hour (if needed), we charge in 15-minute increments at $38.75. Up to an hour of labor is included in the 1-hour minimum which covers the majority of issues, and there are no separate service or trip fees.
- This minimum charge serves to cover overhead costs associated with maintaining a licensed and insured business, further ensuring our ability to consistently deliver top-quality and professional service.
- We take pride in being up-front about our pricing so there are no surprises. We strive to keep you in the loop with your system throughout the process so you can feel confident about the repairs that need to be made.
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction Warranty Claims and Return Visits:
At Sprinkler Repair Pros, we stand behind the quality of our work with a 1-year parts and labor warranty for repairs, and a 2-year parts and labor warranty for installations. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels supported, and we’re here to address any concerns promptly and professionally. Below, we outline our policy for return visits to clarify what’s covered and any potential charges.
- No Charge for Warranty-Covered Issues: If our team returns and identifies an issue related to the original repair that’s covered under our warranty, there will be no charge for the visit or the repair. We’ll take care of everything to make it right, at no cost to you.
- $95 Fee for Non-Warranty-Covered Visits: If we revisit your property and find no issue covered by the warranty, a $95 service fee will apply. This fee helps cover the costs of sending a technician, including travel costs and time, while allowing us to prioritize your visit in our schedule as a gesture of goodwill. For example, if you request a recheck of our repair for peace of mind and no warrantable issue is found, this fee ensures we can maintain high-quality service while keeping warranty-covered repairs free for all customers. We’ll always explain our findings and ensure transparency about any charges.
- New Issues Unrelated to the Original Repair: If we discover a new issue unrelated to the initial repair, we’ll provide a detailed estimate for the additional work. No repairs will be performed until you approve the estimate, ensuring you’re fully informed and in control of any costs.

Arrival Windows:
Our arrival windows are determined by expected arrival times, which are based on the unique individual needs of each customer’s property. While most repairs are routine and completed within the allotted time, there are instances where repairs take longer than expected, causing delays. On the other hand, we also may occasionally run ahead of schedule when repairs are finished sooner than anticipated. In either case, rest assured that we’ll notify you promptly when we’re on our way. To help us serve you better, we respectfully ask that you keep your schedule as flexible as possible on the day of your appointment to accommodate both of these possibilities.
Inclement Weather/Rain Outs:
- In the field, our number one priority is ensuring our team and customers are safe. In the event of rain or inclement weather, we will pull our irrigators from the field and partner with you to reschedule for the next available appointment. To accommodate all of our customer’s schedules, we reschedule appointments to the next available slot rather than pushing the entire schedule back a day. We appreciate your understanding!
No Call No Show:
- To cover the costs of sending an irrigator to the property, if we arrive within our scheduled window and cannot make contact with the homeowner or otherwise cannot complete the appointment during that visit, a $75 charge will be applied.
Cancellation Fee:
- No cancellation fee applies if an appointment is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $50 charge will be applied.
Methods of Payment:
- In order of preference, we accept checks, cash, bank transfer (this secure option is available through the invoice link), and credit card. We do not pass along the credit card fees to our customers, so we greatly appreciate any efforts to avoid those fees.
About Us and Our Promise:
- We are a small, tight-knit team of irrigators who take immense pride in our work, communication, and customer service. Our guarantee to you is that we are dedicated to making the process of repairing your system as smooth and hassle-free as possible. You will not encounter an unfriendly Sprinkler Repair Pros associate, and you certainly won’t need to chase us down if any issues arise. We are unwavering in our commitment to doing right by our customers from the initial contact to the last.
Non-Solicitation of Staff:
- To ensure the quality, safety, and consistency of our services, customers agree not to solicit or hire any Sprinkler Repair Pros employee or contractor for irrigation services outside of our company, including “side work” or additional work not arranged through Sprinkler Repair Pros. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing, provide comprehensive warranties, and support our team and company interests.
- If a customer is found to have solicited an employee for such work, the employee will be subject to termination, and the customer will incur a fee of $1,500. This fee compensates Sprinkler Repair Pros for the loss of business revenue, the cost of hiring and training a replacement employee, and administrative expenses. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping all service requests through official channels to ensure the best experience for everyone.
